On December 11th, a delegation from Tomsk State University visited the Qingdao base with the aim of further deepening international exchange and cooperation and exploring new pathways for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The visit included a meeting with Zhang Yun, the Party Committee Secretary of the Qingdao Innovation and Development Base, Zhou Xueqian, the Deputy Director, and Ling Rui, the Assistant Director, along with heads of relevant departments.

Representatives from Tomsk State University highly praised Harbin Engineering University and the Qingdao base, and introduced Tomsk University's experiences and achievements in the fields of education and teaching, scientific research innovation, international cooperation, and the cultivation system for international students. They look forward to reaching cooperation agreements with both parties, establishing connections with enterprises and institutions, building a commercial platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, seeking more practical applications of scientific and technological innovation outcomes, achieving win-win cooperation, and jointly promoting local economic development.
