The Institute of Advanced Marine Sensors focuses on basic, strategic and forward-looking scientific research in the fields of advanced sensing materials, new sensor design and sensor system integration. Focusing on inertial sensing and navigation, biosensing and brain-inspired computing, magnetic field sensing and weak magnetic detection, hydroacoustic transducer and cross-domain sensing, etc., it aims at major national demands and is committed to researching and solving "bottleneck" technological issues at the frontier of marine sensing technology, and promoting the independent innovation capability and international competitiveness of China in the field of sensing technology.
