Grassroots Academic Organizations:

In celebration of the 70th anniversary of the university, and to highlight the significant achievements in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, Qingdao Base plans to reorganize the University's History Museum. Currently, we are soliciting materials for the exhibition of scientific and technological achievements from grassroots academic organizations. The relevant information is as follows:

I. Collection Contents:

Research products that align with the national development direction, leading in technology both domestically and internationally, and reflecting the school's scientific and technological characteristics (non-confidential and can be made public).

High industrial maturity with clear prospects for industrialization and significant potential economic and social benefits.

Possession of independent intellectual property rights without any infringement on the intellectual property rights of others or involvement in other legal disputes.

Intention to collaborate with enterprises through technology licensing or transfer, cooperative development, pilot-scale testing, technology equity participation, technology mergers and acquisitions, technology financing, and other means.

II. Content Requirements:

The exhibited achievements should include an introduction to the achievements and physical objects or models. They should have strong visual appeal, and the models should be suitable for long-term display in the University's History Museum. Qingdao Base will be responsible for producing scaled-down physical models of the achievements.

The achievements should be presented with a combination of text and images. The textual explanations should be concise and presented in plain language, elaborating on the technical level and application scenarios of each achievement, with each explanation limited to 500 words. The text can be supplemented with charts and pictures, with clear labeling and explanations for the images (original pictures).

Quantity requirements: Each grassroots academic organization needs to collect more than 10 achievements.

III. Submission of Materials:

Qingdao Base plans to compile the "Compilation of Achievements at Harbin Engineering University Qingdao Innovation and Development Base" from the collected achievements, and promote and publish it to enterprises and society through the Qingdao Base website, various scientific and technological achievement exhibitions, the University's History Museum, and various industry-academia-research cooperation opportunities.

All grassroots academic organizations are requested to actively fill in the electronic version of the "Summary Form of Achievements" and send it, along with high-resolution images, to qdheu_sr@163.com before May 12, 2023.
